At Nextifys, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied, our exchange and return process is simple and fair.
Eligibility
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all manuals and accessories included.
- Used, damaged, or incomplete items may not be accepted.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Exchanges: Processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds: Issued only if the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or unavailable for exchange. In other cases, store credit may be offered at our discretion.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened personal care items or consumables (for hygiene reasons).
- Customized or clearance items.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at admin@nextifys.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason. We’ll provide detailed return instructions.
