  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses are not our responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at admin@nextifys.com.
  • For damaged deliveries, report the issue within 48 hours, including photos of the packaging and product.
  • Verified defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
